Please call (502) 290-7575 to schedule an appointment. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. If you reach our office after hours you may leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call the next business day.

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. If you have an after hours emergency, you can reach Dr. Thornton by calling the office and you will be connected to the after hours operator. The doctor or office staff (depending on the nature of the emergency) will then been paged and return your call as soon as possible. As a result of Kentucky legislation, prescription refills will be handled only during normal business hours and not after the office has closed.

We try our best to stay on schedule and to minimize your wait. Because we do treat emergency problems, unexpected delays may arise. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Please remember to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to allow other patients seeking treatment to be seen.
